(no this isn't me)I know it is weird to talk about body images on the www but I have been trying to get back to me and that is one thing I can't get to get on board... My bod. So as of late I have made a goal to do yoga daily... I keep waiting for it to kick in, but nothing yet. I really hope I don't have to start doing strenuous activity, like running.. because I'll be honest, it might kill me. The good news it for doing yoga for a week straight I have only had one injury. To my shoulder, I don't think you should be able to reach your arm around your back and leg and place your hand on your inner thigh:)
